Kelly, RDH
Kelly has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. The field of dental hygiene has changed immensely over that time period. Kelly has stayed current with new science therapies and technologies. She has a license to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia. Hygiene mastery training in (LBR and LAPT) laser therapy and Perio Protect are some of the advanced periodontal treatments she offers.
When Kelly is not in the office you can find her at the gym, riding her bike or racing down a ski slope somewhere exciting!! She is also an avid gardener, enjoys traveling and cooking.
Lyn, Dental Assistant
Lyn is our lead dental assistant and clinical supervisor. She has 39 years of experience, almost all of which have been at Albany Dental Care, P.C. with Dr. Winter. She earned her dental assisting certificate from the Westchester School. The patient experience is her priority. Her extensive knowledge and calming personality help to comfort patients before, during and after their dental procedures.
When she isn’t at the office, you will find her at the gym training for a triathlon or a powerlifting competition. She loves hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Diane, Treatment Coordinator
Diane is the friendly face at the front desk who will welcome you into our office. She has worked in the dental field for over 35 years in several different capacities. She is dedicated to making sure that all of our patients' needs are well taken care of. She is happy to help with scheduling appointments, discussing treatment plans, or any other financial matters, as well as processing payments and insurance claims. She takes pride in helping our patients feel comfortable and answering any questions you might have. She has been with Albany Dental Care, P.C. since 2016.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking, interior design, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Kim, Office Manager
Kim graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has been in the dental field since 1991 when she worked at her first dental office in Boston. She joined Dr. Winter’s team 6 years ago. Her main focus is to make the atmosphere at our office welcoming and to always put customer service as the primary objective. She believes in always going above and beyond for our patients and loves making a positive difference in the lives of others in everything she does.
She also studies and teaches martial arts along with her husband Dean. She continues using her talents in music by singing in a popular local rock & roll band. Her music is played on local radio stations and she does large shows such as the CDPHP Corporate Challenge, various concert series in the park and plays at many local venues. Her band has been recognized by the Times Union as one of the Capital Region’s Top Local Rock bands. As a graduate of Syracuse University who lost many dear friends on Pan Am 103 her motto in life is to “remember them and to #actforward in their memory”.

Both Dakota and Aspen's sweet temperments make them great candidates to become therapy dogs.
Dakota and Aspen provide free hugs and kisses to staff members and any patients who would like them.
